What's the differentiator?

In a word, BREADTH.

What sets my approach apart from groups that have practiced - and even excelled - in a single field is my ability to quickly see analogies from many different disciplines and find solutions to problems that others would find intractable.

As Founder and Principal Consultant I have practiced in the computational mechanics arts for 30 years, often developing my own FEA/CFD Multiphysics codes for exotic applications.

These applications include nonlinear structural analysis and design, broad applications in fluid dynamics, coupled nonlinear flow and chemical diffusion (e.g. implantables), heat transfer and cooling of electronic devices, nonlinear materials, elastomeric structural failure mechanisms, hyperelastic valve designs, and multi-coupled chaotic systems.

With 97 issued and pending patents in 21 different fields (29 applications filed in 2019-2020), I have developed medical products ranging from mechanical ventilation and dry powder pulmonary drug delivery devices to coronary angiography, drug packaging systems, cognitive function biofeedback electronics, vibrating mesh aerosols, and metered dose inhalers (MDIs).

Other areas of invention include PVAC solar modules, solar-thermal heat exchangers, elastomeric airflow control systems, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, industrial multi-layer coating systems, and quantum tunneling circuit protection devices. The Duracell battery tester was based on my derivation, design and original finite element code.

For me, invention comes most often from a confluence of shared thought, mathematical intuition and right-brain vision. Novel and creative use of the latest FEA/CFD Multiphysics systems can facilitate that combination with resulting imagery, provided the user has a firm basis in the underlying mathematics.
